A Training as a versatile employee in collective catering dedicated to refugees Training as a versatile employee in collective catering and professional French dedicated to refugees.
TOURNESOL is a qualifying training as a versatile employee in collective catering, dedicated to refugees. It is a full-time 5-month training including 18 internship days.
The training includes French courses applied to catering, a hands-on training and a personalized support to best prepare the professional insertion of the beneficiaries at the end of the training.
This project is co-financed by the DRIHL, la Direction Régionale et Interdépartementale de l’Hébergement et du logement en Ile-de-France, and by our association Food Sweet Food, which supports the projet. The Français Langue Etrangère training is provided by Langues Plurielles, as part of a finanicing of the Ville de Paris, of Europe and the Préfecture de Paris. The technical training is taken care of by AKTO – Réseau Fafih, as part of the PIC (Plan Investir dans les Compétences) for the Professional Integration of Refugees, of the Ministry of labor. Pôle Emploi compensates the trainees.
